I first met Gitana when she was a guest teacher for our troupe. The zambra dance she taught gave me a taste of Spanish dance and I wanted to pursue it furthur. Gitana then choreographed an exciting Spanish Arabic fusion dance for me that has elements of flamenco, rhumba and samba.
