This is a picture of me as Minuet backstage after Johnathan's panel at DragonCon 2007.
He was so kind as to pose for a picture with me. Thanks to Eddie HInes of the Trek Trak who got me backstage and asked
Johnathan to do this as a personal favor. Thanks Eddie and thanks Johnathan!
Well, as I went bakstage to catch Johnathan he was signing some atuographs so I waited for a nimute and the next
thing I know Brent Spiner walked up to me and just exclaimed, "WOW! You look fantastic!"
Then I said, "Hi I'm Minuet." He looked very disappointed and then looked over at Johnathan
and said, "Oh. then Johnathan's your guy."
When Johnathan saw me he agreed I looked fantastic and said "You look just like her." Then he looked down
at my legs and looked back at me and said, "Only taller." He then put
his arm around my waist and we took the magnificent photo above.
One other small ancedote...earlier in the panel when he was on stage with Gates McFadden and Brent Spiner he happened to look
my way in the audience. I was front row VIP seating thanks again to Eddie. So Johnathan saw me sitting there and I just
happened to be in Minuet's famous cross legged pose and he said
"Minuet!" Then he turned to Brent, and said "How's my hair?" as he
smoothed it down.
LOL! So all and all an unexpected and amazing debut for Minuet. This will not be the last of Amira Minuet!
