Amira began dancing at the age of 5 with her first number being a cute tap dance called "Yellow Polka Dot Bikini".  Throughout her childhood, she continued dancing tap, ballet, and jazz and as a teenager took up Irish step dancing in which she won several trophies.  She stopped dancing while pursuing her B.S. in physics and a little over a year after graduation, discovered Middle Eastern dance.  She found this dance to be her ideal medium and after much study of the dance form and lots of hard work, she is now dancing professionally in several venues in Florida including Disney's Indiana Jones Cairo Dinner Show, Cedars Lebanese resturant and Ali Baba Persian restaurant in Longwood.  Amira is happily married and has two adorable black cats. Amira Sa'id's
